Due to the fact that Covid-19 is still prevalent, and there is a lot of work involved before and after your stay, we have gone to a two-night minimum stay.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If canceling in less than 48 hours, a 1-day charge will apply.
Temporarily, if you desire a one-night stay, we will charge an additional $30.00.
For sanitary reasons, food and drinks are not permitted in the bedroom. Water only.
$159 per room, which includes a locally sourced, mouth-watering, country breakfast.

Features two twin beds, and a shared bathroom, with the Provence room. This room has romantic period prints of France, red velvet headboards, a reading lamp, a Smart TV with Netflix, a Blue Ray DVD Player, and free WiFi and Historic beams in this section!
The sheets are 9900 Egyptian cotton, ensuring the best night's sleep!
This room shares a bathroom. If there are no there guests in the Provence room, then it is a private bathroom. We recommend that this is ideal for families attending weddings, or for friends who don't mind sharing a bathroom.
Fantastic Overnight Stay
"My sister and I were visiting family in Seaforth in February 2019 and spent 1 night at this B&B. The house is utterly charming with gracious hosts who made us feel welcome. We stayed in a room with two twin beds which was impeccably decorated. In the morning we sat down to a delicious breakfast and were able to get a detailed history of the home. Afterward, they took us on a tour and we learned where they sourced some of their amazing antiques".
