Noel Tiangco - Nancy and John are truly wonderful hosts. They both went above and beyond with their service and attention to detail. The house was beautiful and made our get-away very memorable. During our stay, my wife and I not only got to visit the area; but, also made connections with Nancy and John, and the other guests - which made the experience all the more richer.

Heather -  Nancy and John were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a card and even sang happy birthday with a beautiful cake for me. They provided us with information on things to do and directions on how to get around. Both morningS our breakfasts were delicious and quickly prepared, bacon and eggs with rye toast and unbelievably tasty French toast for the 2nd day. My husband had food restrictions which they were more than happy to accommodate. His vegetable omelet was so good he had it both mornings. We sat at the breakfast table for quite a long time both mornings just conversing with each other. I felt very comfortable as if I was home in my own dining room having breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and they had over 300 movies for us to watch when we came back for the evening. My husband and I like to visit this area quite often and I can tell you we will be staying here every time we do !!!!!

“Great Christmas stay.” Trip Advisor -

We were delighted to find this B & B in Seaforth, as there are few options in the area. My wife, 5-yr-old daughter and I stayed two nights over Christmas, to be close to nearby family. It's a lovely old house, and the living room and dining room were both dressed up for Christmas, with decorations, trees, twinkly villages and much charm. Our room upstairs was very nice, very clean, and the small bathroom attached was perfectly functional. No one else was staying, so it was very quiet. Breakfast the next morning was terrific, with bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon buns, fruit, etc. Our hosts were nice, not super-chatty, which I rather liked. They also seemed fairly new at running a B&B, which made sense since they only opened earlier in the year!! Altogether a great Christmas stay- somehow they even convinced Santa to leave a present for our daughter.

My sister and I were visiting family in Seaforth in February 2019 and spent 1 night at this B&B. The house is utterly charming with gracious hosts who made us feel welcome. We stayed in a room with two twin beds which was impeccably decorated. In the morning we sat down to a delicious breakfast and were able to get a detailed history of the home. Afterward, they took us on a tour and we learned where they sourced some of their amazing antiques.

We did not expect to find such a gem and were so pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!! We will be back next time we're in town.
We spend a wonderful night at this lovingly and beautifully decorated Victorian B&B. John and Nancy are welcoming hosts that make you feel right at home. A filling, fantastic full country breakfast topped off our visit.

As a stand alone destination for a quiet getaway or group outing to explore the area it is truly a gem of a place to stay.

We will be back for sure!

Pemberley House is exactly as advertised on the website. It provided excellent value, and offered a senior discount. Nancy and John are kind and thoughtful hosts. Seaforth is only a 30 minute drive from Stratford theatres, and a similar distance from Grand Bend. We had a very enjoyable visit.

This is an amazing place to stay. It was a perfect location to stay when we explored the area of Bayfield, Goderich, Blyth etc. Would not hesitate to highly recommend staying at the Pemberley House B&B. John and Nancy are warm and welcoming hosts. The Pemberley House has a great vibe and is filled with unique and interesting pieces with each having a history of it's own. A very clean and comfortable B&B. The breakfast was delicious. You can tell that John and Nancy have put a lot of thoughtful touches into making sure their guests feel welcomed. We will definitely be returning. We suggest you stay here...and you will not be disappointed. "Two thumbs up"
What a great weekend, a chance to attend world-famous concerts and visit with friends and family! Food was simply amazing
John & Nancy are wonderful hosts so welcoming and give every attention to the details of helping visitors feel welcome in their beautiful 140-year-old home!
Enjoyed a 2 night stay this past weekend. Hosts Nancy, John & Rogue made us feel welcome in their lovely heritage home. Our room was comfy and clean. Breakfast featured some ‘eat local’ offerings and lots of engaging conversation. Seaforth is an easy drive to Stratford or Blyth for theatre or to Lake Huron hotspots Goderich & Grand Bend.

Our family was welcomed with warmth and kindness the moment we arrived at Pemberley House by Nancy and John. We were given a short tour of the beautiful 19th century home when we arrived and told about the various amenities the home had and shown to our rooms. We had booked 5 rooms to attend a family wedding and were happy to find out the wedding and reception were a block away at the Seaforth Community Centre. Breakfast was delicious along with a bottomless cup of coffee!! If your travels bring you to Seaforth stay at Pemberley House for a wonderful experience.

Michael and I were very impressed with Nancy and John's hospitality this past weekend. They made us feel extremely comfortable, and the room (King suite) was very cozy. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and they were very accommodating of our schedule. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experiences! The house, the furnishings, the rooms, the breakfasts, so impressive, served on Wedgewood and Royal Dalton, with gold flatware; one might think one has re-entered the 19th century! A place in the country, with hospitality and relaxation! Just the getaway for an autumn in the country.
