Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast Rooms The Versailles Room
This is our best and biggest room. It's a queen sized bed with a private bathroom ensuite. It is exquisitely decorated in French Provincial furniture, period prints, Victorian pieces, and there is an antique down filled chaise lounge in the room, that our guests love curling up and watching movies from, or reading. The duvet is studded in Swarovski crystals, and there is a desk in this room.
The sheets are 9900 Egyptian cotton, ensuring the best night's sleep!
The ensuite has marble floors, and toiletries are in the shower. Hairdryer provided, and makeup remover towelettes.
If it didn't come in with you, it doesn't go out with you!
Do not take the toiletries!
Due to the fact that Covid-19 is still prevalent, and there is a lot of work involved before and after your stay,
we have gone to a two-night minimum stay.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If canceling in less than 48-hours, a 1-day charge will apply.
Temporarily, if you desire a one-night stay, we will charge an additional $30.00.
For sanitary reasons, food and drinks are not permitted in the bedroom. Water only.
$159 per room, which includes a locally sourced, mouth-watering, country breakfast.
This room can accommodate a cot. There is an additional charge of $60.00 for a third person per night.
Additional cost for third person is $65.00 per night

"This was one of the most enjoyable, quaintest experiences I’ve ever had! Accommodations are very clean, amazing china servings for the elaborate and tasty breakfast and delightful hosts. This would be a perfect 2-3 day getaway. Stay at the Pemberley and enjoy the stay and play golf package. For those not interested in golf, enjoy the cute town of Bayfield only 20 minutes away, Cowbell Brewery or Blyth theatre only 20 minutes away. There are also wineries within 30 minutes if that is more of your taste palette. You are also only 30 minutes away from Stratford’s theaters. Think about doing a beach experience trying out 3 of the different beaches in Goderich, Bayfield, and Grand Bend with the Pemberley as your home base. Casino only 20 minutes away. Hiking, fishing and endurance experiences within 30 minutes from the Pemberley. It is my first time here and I can hardly wait to return with groups of friends. Book early, this is a real gem!!"
